At this point I don't know what else to try. I have also read about the virtual XP solutions, but that's not a route that I want to take.
The last Device ID 2a07:0102 is my ETS Dongle. lsusb shows this: Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0e0f:8003 VMware, Inc. Now the ETS USB Dongle didnt get found correct on the Host. One board mentioned something about the dongle being 16bit which is why Win7 isn't able to Hi, i have installed the new VMware ESXi 7.0 Update 2 on my host.
I have seen several boards online with this issue but none of them have a clear cut solution. In the BIOS to no avail (AT, PS/2, EPP, ECP/no DMA, ECP/DMA1, ECP/DMA3). However, when I try to install the software, the dongle is never detected. Dongle device drivers will be installed during. The software is currently running on Win XPĪs a test, I took a computer completely identical to the Win XP machine (with a native parallel port) and installed 32bit Win 7 on it. For now, do not connect the ARTRAY ARTCAM camera to the computer.
The issue I'm running into is that the software requires a parallel port authentication dongle to be plugged in. I am trying to get an old piece of lab equipment working on a 32 bit Win7 computer. I'm hoping this is the right forum for this question.
